Is the price charged for every room?

No. Prices are per property. VAT included. Each card shows the room and user limits for that plan. Premium has a separate rate for each additional property.

How do I get started with a paid plan?

Create your account using Get started, then continue in Plans & billing inside MyHotel. Paid plans are currently activated with help from our team.

Is MyHotel right for my property?

MyHotel is built for hotels, resorts and ger camps. Start managing rooms and reservations on the free plan, then choose a plan to suit your team, reporting and channel needs.

How do I get started?

Create a free account, then add your property, rooms and rates. Connect your booking channels next. Connection times depend on the channel’s requirements, and our team can help with setup.

Which booking channels can I connect?

Connect international channels such as Booking.com and Agoda, as well as local channels including iHotel.mn and xRoom.mn. Confirm availability and connection requirements for your channels with our team.

How do I move my existing reservations?

Prepare your existing reservation and room information and plan the setup with our team. Check your data and channel connections before moving your daily operations into the system.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Access your hotel through a browser on an internet-connected computer, tablet or phone. You do not need to install a separate server.

What about eBarimt, QPay and accounting?

These capabilities are being introduced in stages. Contact 9000-9090 to confirm which integrations are currently available for your property, the required plan and any additional fees.

How can I get support?
